Vicki Lynn Haragan, 65 years old, from Baker City, passed away and joined her Lord and Savior on July 3, 2023, in Boise, Idaho. A celebration of her life will take place at the Harvest Church on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 1:00 pm, led by Pastor Brad Phillips. Following the ceremony, friends are warmly invited to join the family for a reception in the church fellowship hall. Vicki was born on April 9, 1958, in Salem, Oregon, to Shiri McCann Berlik. She attended Sprague High School in Salem, Oregon. On December 17, 1982, Vicki married Randy Haragan in Reno, Nevada. Throughout her career, she worked as a Bank Teller and in Mortgage Services. Vicki was a devoted member of the Harvest Church in Baker City, where her enthusiasm shone bright.
She leaves behind her beloved husband of forty years, Randy Haragan of Baker City, Oregon; her mother, Shiri Berlik of Baker City, Oregon; her son, Sean Haragan of Camas, Washington; her step-children, Riley Haragan of Salem, Oregon, and Krista Delaney of Cheney, Washington. Additionally, she is survived by Jessy Raczkowski, whom she considered a daughter, and Kelly Rexine and his family, whom she considered a son. Vicki is also survived by nineteen grandchildren.
