Donna Virginia Coble, affectionately known as "Mi-Mi" by her beloved grandchildren, was a beacon of love and dedication that touched the lives of many. Born on June 6, 1944, in Pasco, WA, Donna's compassionate spirit was evident from a young age. Her life was a testament to her values, as she dedicated much of her time caring for family members in their hour of need. Her thoughtful nature and love for her oldest grandson, Micheal Cody Coble, whom she provided for many years, was a testament to her selflessness.
Donna's love for life and her family was only matched by her love for the simple pleasures. She had a fondness for yard sales, always on the hunt for hidden treasures. An ardent lover of all things purple and horses, Donna's personality was as vibrant as her favorite color. A small poodle was always by her side, which is proof of her loving nature. She also had an uncanny knack for slot machines, often returning home with buckets of quarters, her winnings symbolic of her lucky spirit.
Throughout her life, Donna held various jobs including a dental assistant, an Avon salesperson, and various positions in numerous restaurants. Her diverse career path was a reflection of her dedicated work ethic and adaptability.
Donna was a loving wife to Jerry Coble for over sixty years. They lived in many places, including Walla Walla, Boise, Winnemucca, and Baker City, creating a lifetime of memories together. As a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Donna's heart was always full.
She is survived by her spouse Jerry Coble, her brother Chet (Jeannette) Hopkins, sisters Roseanne (Gary) VanPatten and Kay (Walt) Flemming, daughter Dawna Christine, and husband Tim Barnett. Seven Grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Orange and Eila Hopkins, son Michael Coble, daughter Eila "Charlie" Rainsdon, son-in-law Kerry Rainsdon, and grandson Anthony Porcelli.
No services will be held at this time, a memorial to celebrate the life Donna lived will be held in the spring of 2024.
