Aletha Samperi Obituary

Aletha Rose Samperi, 83, of Baker City, Oregon, passed away at her residence in Settler's Park Assisted Living Community on October 31, 2023.

She knew Jesus loved her, and she loved Jesus in return. She loved many people and was loved by many. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16, NIV).

Celebration of Life Service for Aletha will be on December 9, 2023, 2 p.m. First Baptist Church, Haines, OR. A second Celebration of Life is planned to take place at Eagle Point National Cemetery sometime in May 2024, where her ashes will be interred with those of Salvatore Samperi Jr.

"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace" (Numbers 6:24-26, NIV).

She will be dearly missed.
