Patricia Ann Cook, 85, died peacefully on the afternoon of Nov. 14, 2018.
“Pat,” as her friends knew her, lived a life full of adventure and accomplishment.
Patricia was born on July 15, 1933, at Santa Barbara, California, to Robin and Genevieve Osborne. Pat married Bill Cook who was a wonderful husband and father. They had two children — Chuck and Suzi.
Patricia was always very active in her community. Her civic duties included the Lake Tahoe Beautification Committee, Gold Bug Park and in Baker, the Trail Tenders organization at the Interpretive Center. She also loved to travel, attending many Elderhostel programs after retiring. Pat moved to Baker several years ago to be closer to her daughter and family.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Charles William “Bill” Cook.
Pat is survived by her sister, Louise Osborne; her son, Charles William Cook II; her daughter, Suzi Smith; and her three granddaughters, Maya, Skye and Winter Smith.
